Interviewing Officer (IO)Lieutenant Colonel Phatya Bahadur Khadka (Retd.) served in the Nepali Army for nearly 30 years, holding key command and instructional appointments. As an Interviewing Officer (IO) at the Directorate of Recruitment and Selection (DRS), he assessed and selected future officer cadets.
A veteran of four UN Peacekeeping Missions, he holds four Master's degrees, an MPhil, and is currently pursuing a PhD. At Dakshya, he mentors aspiring officer cadets as an IO Specialist, sharing the expertise and leadership gained from decades of military service.
