Dakshya Career Academy (DC) is a leading defense career preparation institute in Nepal, established in September 2020. It is run and managed by three former Nepali Army officers, dedicated to mentoring, coaching, and training aspiring youths for Officer Cadet selection in the Nepali Army.
We specialize in Officer Cadet Preparation, covering Loksewa Written Examinations (IQ, GK, English, Math & Nepali) and comprehensive Psychological Tests including TO (Task Officer), GTO (Group Task Officer), IO (Interview Officer), and BC (Board Conference).
All aspiring youths — both boys and girls — who meet the Nepali Army's requirements and recruitment norms are welcome to apply. Candidates can apply up to one or two months before the Nepali Army posts openings for officer cadets.
Once the Nepali Army announces new admissions, candidates have 35 days to complete their application forms. This period can be extended by an additional 7 days upon payment of double fees. We recommend applying 1–2 months before official openings to begin early preparation.

Yes. We conduct regular mock tests, intensive practice sessions, quizzes, practicals, and performance evaluations led by Subject Matter Experts to ensure students are fully prepared and confident before the actual examinations.
We provide organized physical training (PT) sessions with a dedicated yellow uniform for all trainees. Our campus features the largest GTO Ground at Sukedhara, fully equipped for GTO Tasks and Individual Obstacles.

In addition to Loksewa written and psychological tests, we prepare candidates for counseling, bearing, physical fitness assessments, and pre-medical examinations required for Officer Cadet selection.
